spatgeom — Geometric Spatial Point Analysis

R implementation of the geometric spatial point analysis developed in Hernández & Solís (2022). It estimates the geometric goodness-of-fit index for a set of variables against a response one, built on the sf package, with methods to print and plot the results. Useful to detect patterns in multidimensional data point clouds and to evaluate projections such as UMAP.

sobolnp — Nonparametric Sobol Estimator with Bootstrap Bandwidth

R algorithm to estimate Sobol indices using a nonparametric fit of the regression curve. The bandwidth is estimated via bootstrap to reduce finite-sample bias.
